ABOUT THE ARTIST

Jide Olatunji also known as TJB is a pencil artist presently residing in Ile Ife, Osun state in Nigeria. He specialises in the creation of highly detailed, realistic pencil drawings. At an early age, an innate ability and a strong desire to express himself graphically surfaced in his life. He has been able to - over time - study and develop skills and techniques he uses to create​ photo realistic drawings using simple tools such as pencils. His patience, neatness and close attention to detail - often overlooked - have greatly helped him to produce results nothing short of amazing. His works though done with an eye to perfection often seek to stimulate a response or tell a tale to the viewer. His portfolio is ever-expanding and he looks forward to each new work with anticipation as an avenue to explore creativity and to produce something better.​​​
